Digital Card Issuance
Digital card issuance allows you to use your Community Trust Bank Visa Debit Card without waiting for your physical card to arrive in the mail.
When you are approved for a checking account or when you report a lost/stolen debit card, we will issue you a digital card to add to your digital wallet (Apple Pay). No need to wait for your card to arrive in the mail!
Here’s how it works:
- If you are a new checking account customer install the CTBI Mobile App on your phone or login if you are an existing a customer reporting a lost/stolen debit card.
- Select the Wallet icon located in the upper right-hand corner of the Accounts page.
- Select your Community Trust Bank debit card, and click Add to Apple Wallet. Read and accept the terms and conditions. Apple Pay provisioning rules may still apply.
- If you are a new Community Trust Bank checking account customer your card is now ready to use with Apple Pay. If you have reported a lost/stolen card please allow 24 hours for availability of your digital card.
