PIKEVILLE, KENTUCKY: Mark A. Gooch, Chairman, President and CEO of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc., is pleased to announce that J. Tyler Shockey has been promoted to the position of Central Region Operations Manager at Community Trust Bank, Inc.
As the Central Region Operations Manager, Mr. Shockey acts as a liaison and project manager between all Central Region Community Trust Bank branches and centrally consolidated operations support areas to streamline operational processes. He assists in developing and implementing the Company’s banking Operational Processes that affect all Community Trust Bank branch locations in the Central Region. His office is located at the Community Trust Bank office at 100 East Vine Street in downtown Lexington, Kentucky.
Mr. Shockey has been with Community Trust Bank for 14 years. He also worked in the positions of Branch Operations Supervisor, Head Teller and Teller while at Community Trust. He is a graduate of Pikeville High School in Pikeville, Kentucky and attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. He resides in Lexington, Kentucky.
